intensive - two consecutive days of intense instruction workshop - a class that meets weekly for several weeks clinic - a one-day class for fine-tuning and brushing-up salon - a small group of people creating kinship through an invigorating exchange of ideas kumbaya - monthly weekend gathering for meditation and communication

Note: Fees are due on the first day of class. Discontinuing class before the third day will allow for a refund of half the class fee. There are no refunds after the third day.

Often, we search outside of ourselves for the answers to many of life's little enigmas, and yet many of the meatiest clues live right inside our very own hearts, minds and bodies. To access these juicy nuggets of clarity and knowledge, one must be able to practice awareness in present time--on the fly and at the edge of the precipice. This intensive is all about honing these skills of freedom to reveal our own intrinsic knowledge and unique perspective--our voice. Through impromptu storytelling, we'll begin to clear our 5th chakra and open up to ourselves, trusting the flow of thoughts, feelings, and impulses as they manifest in spoken word. We'll work individually as well as in groups, safely and playfully, as we dig deeper into the inner consciousness and the wise voices within. While we frolic in the words, we'll also learn to see beyond them to the deeper truth lying just beneath the surface; in other words, we'll learn to listen.

We'll explore how we can begin to download and incorporate our many experiences, both recent and distant, as knowledge we can use to guide our next steps.  This process of assimilation, of hitting the reset button, can help us to begin fresh--rejuvenated, open, and willing.

The Rev and the Doc are beginning their first official, 6-week workshop on the healing art of 'bodywork' in the New Year. With bravery and integrity, we will venture further down the endless road to mastery. We will review the building blocks--self-inquiry, meditation, cleaning-out techniques, etc.--to be able to study deeper cording, transference, and merging. We'll also move into holding three or more dimensions while working and how to actually visualize and TRUST your information. This knowledge and confidence will help you to make dynamic choices as well as  take risks in your work, which will undoubtedly trickle into your life.

Learning to access this spiritual fourth dimension requires us to deepen our relationship with the first three. The core of the class is designed to help the practitioner establish a solid foundation in their own physical, emotional and mental aspects: learning to ground into ourselves so that we can work from a place of neutrality and acceptance. Only in this way can we learn to enter the client's system with integrity and clear boundaries. Then we can learn to reliably access the unseen fourth dimension and engage its knowledge and healing power in the service of the client.

love is a drug, a drag, a notion, a potion, a LOTION!!! orrrrr, maybe it's these things and something else. today we will, as per usual, discuss this entity referred to as love and muse in meditation to further explore, and to be quite frank, admit no one has a clue nor really KNOWS what 'it' 'is'. AND ISN'T THAT GRAND. and on a more serious note, we will venture to embrace the fact LOVE is the teacher via everything esp. our addictions: people, substances, beliefs, thoughts, identities and all the rest. in essence, God is love and trying to be with us and commune with us all the time in ALL-ways!

i originally thought this would be for men only. alas, after much reflection it dawned to me i have loads of women clients who are also misogynists...as well as men haters in both 'camps'....so, in this workshop we are going to safely and openly explore our deep rooted judgments and beliefs about the sexes. not  to  jump to forgive and all that jazz, BUT to see how our own denial of our judgments, hatred in some cases, is really undermining our so called heartfelt desires and wishes; in other words , let us get honest to get real, to get with God and then maybe we will manifest what we say we want. as per usual, there will be role playing, writing, active meditation to really SEE what pictures you are holding around the sexes, and some hard edge dialoguing with me as mediator and facilitator.

PLEASE, IF YOU REALLY WANT TO COME AND GET DOWN, GREAT.  if you want a falsely contrived safe, i.e we really want resolution and not inquiry, then please pause before committing to the class. respectfully, thank you.

what does seasoned mean? ( like my madre used to say, 'look it up', man!)
 in this class we will spend the four weeks gently approaching the sacred heart and do a deep healing on the body- being connection there at the 4th chakra: thus deepening our communication with G--! we will commune for the first part of each class and then dive into a slow inquiry, with me leading us verbally into the conversation with this most precious part of us; THE sacred heart. followed with a silent meditation.

after a lot of requests, i am thrillllllled to be offering this class on mapping of THE, what i affectionately call, the MW, the master wound! the 'thing' that we spend most of our life denying, running from and projecting onto the world.....unless, by Grace and/our own ah ha moment we begin to notice we are the one constant in all relationships and situations and begin to muse on what OUR power is to evolve and change into the present time manifestation of US. 

welllllllllll, on this day we will painstakingly and slowly find your yellow brick road so you can find your way back to OZ  (the MW) and start your journey back to you. this is for folk new to the idea or want to flush out their knowledge and relationship with the MW.   always, it should be fun and sweet. 

i will supply art paper etc, but bring your journals. not a small prissy one..we want a BIG one!

well, here  we are. the groundhog is long gone....we trust. and we are on the heels of blooms, green, and one less layer on our winter worn bodies. this is for folk who haven't taken the longer versions of these classes and for folk who have and want to see where they are now in their process (ha!), and for the folk who groove better in  a quick-dunk into the ocean of their being! whoa!
 

we will be pulling out the stops with mapping of the MW, writing on hot topics: mom, dad, the neighbor who was creepy(and you can't get him out of your head..why?), the siblings, the secret covens of your family, etc...lots of improvisation that will boil you and open you up, some active imagination meditation and lots of orgainzed storytelling sprinkled in between! ALLLL with the 'goal' of freeing you up and making sense of your life so far.

the weekend will help you frame you and your experience so you can get a grip and clarify the the trajectory of your f$%#$&^%  life. and therefore, like all the classes held here, getdownwithyourbadassself and G--!

here we go.....this kumbyya we will look at the reality and may i say," necessity"of this vehicle known as, WAR. the month of april is ruled by the planet, MARS which is the patron planet of change and war.  i have always been intrigued by WAR and the fierce response the word, let alone the manifestation of it causes in the human species. we will look at examples of it within and without and really look at what it is and WHERE it comes from. beyond the inane usual analysis of , 'it's just not right!' pleasssssssssssssseee!
